Burnt Smell

The product has this burnt or electrical smell during the first 10-15 seconds of use. Need to turn it off as I’m afraid that it’ll explode. I reported the matter to the customer support and they assured me that it is normal for new blenders to have that smell as long as there is no smoke coming out of the motor. I have been using this almost everyday for 2 weeks already hoping that the burnt smell disappears but it does not. It’s such a hassle to return the item and ask for replacement. I’ll just keep this and my fingers crossed that the awful smell will disappear over time.

Handy and easy to clean

Blender has great rubber suction at the bottom to keep the blender in place. Safe to use, easy to clean and portable. It comes with two bottles so I can take one to work. They also have great customer service.
